This is fine Namibian Pietersite in Silver. 

She measures 35 x 26 mm.

She is wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver wire. 
The overall size of this piece is 56 x 29 mm (Approx. 2 & 1/4" x 1 & 1/4"). 

Her colors alternate from dark brooding midnight blue to sheens of light electric blue, with just a touch of red. 

Pietersite is mined near Namibia, Africa. It is named for it’s discoverer Sid Peters an archeologist who stumbled on this hidden secret in the 50’s. Pietersite is reverently known as the Tempest Stone and carries the energy of the 'storm' element, and can purify one's body and energies. It is said to be tremendously energizing to the wearer, enhancing strength, courage, will power, and awareness of the higher planes.
